2008 6.6L Duramax – OIL PUMP SUCTION PIPE AND SCREEN ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION

1. Install the oil pump pipe and screen gasket.
2. Install the oil pump pipe and screen.
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice.
3. Install the oil pump pipe and screen assembly bolts and nuts.
Tighten:
• Tighten the oil pump pipe and screen assembly bolts to25 N.m (18 lb it).
• Tighten the oil pump pipe and screen assembly nuts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
