2008 6.6L Duramax – INTAKE MANIFOLD INSTALLATION – RIGHT SIDE

1. Apply a 2-3 mm wide by 0.5-1.5 mm high bead o f GM P/N 12378521 (Canadian P/N 88901148) sealant on the            intake manifold mating surface.

2. Install the intake manifold.

3. Install the intake manifold bolts and nuts.
Tighten: Tighten the intake manifold bolts and nuts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
