For metal stamped dataplates, if attaching the dataplate to a new component or if the old rivet locations are
damaged, drill new holes and attach with new blind rivets.
NOTE: The dataplate must be located in the same area as it was previously installed.
Install the dataplate with new blind rivets. Drive the rivets until they contact the dataplate.
For printed plastic dataplates, peel the backing off of the new dataplate. Apply the new dataplate to the appropriate
mounting surface. Rub the dataplate with a clean rag to work out any air bubbles and to adhere the dataplate to
the mounting surface.
NOTE: The dataplate must be located in the same area as it was previously installed.
