NOTE: For some oil pan/oil suction tube configurations, the block stiffener plate capscrew closest to the lubricating
oil suction tube can be different than the rest. If equipped, note the capscrews location for installation. The low profile capscrew ensures in some applications that there is sufficient clearance between the oil suction tube and the
block stiffener mounting capscrew.
Remove the capscrews and block stiffener plate.
