1. Drain the cooling system. See COOLING SYSTEM BLEEDING. Remove the 3 bolts and position the degas bottle out of the way. See Fig. 6.
2. Squeeze the upper radiator hose clamp, pull the upper radiator hose off and position the out of the way.
3. Using the Fan Pulley Holding Wrench (303-478, T94T-6312-AH) and Fan Clutch Nut Wrench (303-214, T83T- 6312-B), remove the fan and fan clutch from the water pump pulley. Carefully position the fan and the fan clutch into the shroud.
4. Remove the fan shroud retainers. See Fig. 14. Remove the fan shroud, fan and clutch as an assembly.
5. To install, reverse the removal procedure. Tighten all fasteners to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS. Fill and bleed cooling system. See COOLING SYSTEM BLEEDING.
