5.7 Hemi – COVER – CYLINDER HEAD – REMOVAL

1. Disconnect battery negative cable. 2. Disconnect ignition coil connector (1). 3. Remove ignition coil retaining bolts (3). 4. Remove ignition coil (1). 5. Remove cylinder head cover retaining bolts. 6. Remove cylinder head cover (1). NOTE: The gasket (2) may be used again, provided no cuts, tears, or deformation has occurred.
