Drain the coolant.
Remove the cylinder head. Refer to Procedure (7-07).
Drain the lubricating oil.
Remove the lubricating oil pan.
Remove the piston and connecting rod assemblies from the engine. Refer to Procedure (7-10).
Remove the pistons from the connecting rods. Refer to Procedure (7-10).
