6.7L Cummins Exhaust System – Exhaust Gas Pressure Sensor Tube – Clean and Inspect for Reuse

Clean the exhaust gas pressure sensor tube with solvent and dry with compressed air.
Inspect the tube for signs of leakage, damaged sealing areas, or plugging with soot.
If the tube is plugged with soot, use solvent and a pipe cleaner, or similar device, to remove the soot blockages
in the tube.

For rear gear train engines, clean the exhaust gas pressure sensor mounting pedestal with solvent and dry
with compressed air.
Inspect the tube signs of leakage, damaged sealing areas, or plugging with soot.
If the mounting pedestal is plugged with soot, use solvent and a pipe cleaner, or similar device, to remove the soot
blockages in the tube.
