The FRT is a 2 wire thermistor-type sensor. The PCM supplies 5 volts to the FRT sensor circuit. The sensor
changes the internal resistance as the fuel temperature changes.
The PCM uses the fuel temperature for fuel delivery correction and determine fuel pressure control mode (PCV or VCV mode).
