Clean the area near the expansion plug of all debris. Punch, Visegrips Remove the large expansion plugs (58.06 mm [2.29 in.]) from the coolant passages. Cummins 4BT – Pipe Plug – Installation

Apply a film of pipe plug sealant, Part No. 3375066, or equivalent, to the threads. Install and tighten the pipe plugs. Refer to the following chart for torque values. Tighten pipe plugs to the appropriate torque values.
