Cummins 4BT – Battery Terminal Connections – Checking

Visually inspect the battery terminals for loose, broken, or corroded connections. Repair or replace broken cables or terminals. If the connections are corroded, remove the cables and use a battery brush to clean the cable and battery ter­minals. Install and tighten the battery cables. Use grease to coat the battery terminals to prevent corrosion.
